Since 1983 we have proudly owned and operated our
Canadian manufacturing facility located in
Richmond, British Columbia. It’s home to 50 highly
skilled staff members with decades of experience in
headwear manufacturing.
The factory is continuously updated with
top-of-the-line equipment and is capable of producing
over 20,000 caps per month.
We continually advocate for the growth of Canadian
made products to bring strength back to the domestic
garment manufacturing industry.

All artwork required for embellishments should be vectorized files (AI/PDF). What is a vector?
Artwork services are available for a fee.
MOQs for our Custom Domestic Program generally start at 50 units per colour/style, but can vary depending on hat complexity/embellishments required, etc.
