which was founded in 1983, is a family owned highly
specialized headwear manufacturer with its plant located
in Richmond, B.C, Canada. The facility is 6000 square
feet and employs 50 people. The plant is capable of
producing 20,000 caps a month. Our headwear is made
using newest sophisticated sewing, cutting, embroidery
and silk screening equipment available. We use the best
fabrics, trims and finishing materials. By providing
custom “Made in Canada” headwear solutions with more
than 23 years of knowledge and experience in headwear
manufacturing industry, we remain proud to be the
largest headwear manufacturer in Western Canada and a
leader in contract manufacturing and private labeling.
Since the beginning, Tristar has not carried any stock
of ready-made headwear. We manufacture our own headwear
from scratch to finish and take our motto “TRULY
CUSTOM” very seriously. We produce the finest
quality truly custom headwear with choice of extensive
selection of styles, colours, fabrics, trims, back
